“Nick’s London”

My second and final day in London was made extra special
when my good friend Nick Edwards offered to take Jeff
and me on a tour of his childhood stomping grounds of
southeast London’s Dulwich neighborhood. We travelled
by Underground, bus, and foot all over the area, Nick
pointing out his old school, walking us past the house
he grew up in, and dropping in on his Aunt Dos for tea.
Our tour concluded at a pub on the banks of the Thames,
where we drank with some school friends of Nick’s.
Perfect!
